Simplex hose reels keep exhaust hoses conveniently stored overhead or wall-mounted when not in use. Standard configurations accommodate 10 m (32.8 ft) hoses in 102 mm, 127 mm and 152 mm diameters, with heat-resistant hose options suitable for exhaust gases up to 150°C (302°F).

Model Types
SP – Spring Recoil: Automatically retracts the exhaust hose using a spring mechanism. A built-in ratchet allows the operator to select the required hose length.
NP – Electric Wall Control: Motor-driven hose reel operated using an up/down wall-mounted control.
NR – Electric Remote Control: Motor-driven hose reel with remote operation for convenient hose positioning.

Important Ordering Information
The W04 reel model numbers listed above are supplied without the flexible hose and nozzle. Select the appropriate hose and tailpipe nozzle separately based on the required diameter and application.
Custom hose lengths and higher-temperature configurations may also be available for specialized installations.
